I was disappointed with my meal at Spare Rib Express. The loaded potato was soggy and lacked flavor, while the ribs were tough and overcooked. The sauces did little to enhance the dry meat. While the prices might seem reasonable, the quality just isn't there. Overall, a lackluster experience that left me regretting my choice. I won’t be returning.
